No manual testing in DG #7

There is no section in the Developer Guide which contains instructions on how to manually test your project. Therefore as your tester, I don't have any instructions on how to test your product during PE.

Reason for disagreement: I chose medium severity as this does not cause major problems for developers who can still test the app with information from the user guide, thus I don't think it warrants high severity in my opinion.
