Error with no explanation while saving a new provider with the same slug as an already existing

Describe the bug If I create a new provider (using the wizard) and I choose an already used slug, I get an error: "cannot save application" but with no explanation.

To Reproduce

Create a new app with the wizard, with oaut2, and choose an already used slug, and try to save

Expected behavior The error should say: "cannot save since the slug is already used"
