Custom translation for user-defined prompts #1451

Add localization for user-defined prompts and strings such as flow titles or static prompts.

As suggested in discord, this could be done by allowing upload of custom translation files.

If this is done, Application descriptions should also be included.

Would like to have this feature too. I found no workaround sadly.

This feature is required for proper custom flows.
