Hello Team,

I am so happy to see the demo for go-auto dial on the wiki page. It's really good and smooth interface and looks like APIs will also be released.

Any specific dates when the codebase is available in public? So, developers can contribute and speed up the development process. With the features mentioned looks like it will be really big release and will benefit the entire community. Thanks a lot to the entire team.

There is no ISO yet. Once we are out of beta, we'll have the codebase available to the public. ETA is 2nd quarter of the year.

@demianb Any info will be greatly appreciated. BTW the reason you keep getting this friendliest requests is the price to paid for coding and producing a superb opensource software solution ... :-)

@demianb Just had a look at demo v4, I was not able to log in some days back but its working now. I think we can soon expect v4 for public? :)

No definite timetable yet. The goal is to release version 1.0 to the public this 3rd quarter.

I'm sorry to ask almost the same question again, but I'd like to know if it's already possible to download a beta version, so we can go making some customizations while we wait for the stable version of the v4?

no one is responding to any of the comments. I am now wondering if the company is even interested in the open source version of the software. Are the paid users still using V3? If you intend to keep the new version to yourself you should let users know. because the code is not up on GitHub for us to contribute too. there are no timelines in place. and every day we as users of the software are seeing the need more and more for the update. By not responding to users questions you will drive them away from your software. after all our business relies on your software.

Hey Guys,

V4 is still under heavy development. The ISO will be released as GPL. Individual packages in the distribution come with their own licenses (open source too).

We apologize for not answering comments or questions on the public forums. We have very limited resources and it's mostly concentrated on getting v4 ready to the public.

We are currently revamping most of the MySQL queries we're using. We're converting them to MySQLi prepared statements for security purposes. So when v4 get's released, it'll be more secure against SQL injections attacks.

@Hapique as of now no release date yet.

No beta yet. We're working round the clock to make V4 available this 1st quarter. Hopefully we can make the initial release this February 2018.

We're almost there. We're about 60% in converting the traditional MySQL queries into prepared statements. After that, we'll be releasing v4 (beta) to the public.

@demianb I'm personally interested in using this project, if there is anyway I can help you with the prepared statements let me know. Or any other work needed. I was going to build an entirely new progressive dialer system with new web technologies but found this repo and it looks promising.

@demianb , I have created two new modules for goautodial , Reporting Using SpagoBI and Quality control Module using ASP.NET . I want to give this as open source. I'll share screen short via mail. I want to plan for integration once you release your version.

Why not consider Knowage instead, i saw on the website that SpagoBI is the old version and efforts are being placed on Knowage. I have never used either of them, but just thought i would share.

Yes, you are right. I have already tested with Knowage and all report works in it. Scheduler functionality missing in its interface to send mailer. Which is important feature. I need to work more on Knowage. Will update you in couple days

Quality management module I need to get it working on Linux using mono framework. Since its developed in. NET. Which is very important for goautodial. Can't have windows and Linux combinations of infrastructure

Hey guys,

Just a little bit of delay due to some bugs on the reports plus some client customizations. Other than that, we're around 90% done on the MariaDB/MySQL prepared statements conversion. So this will definitely happen this April 2018.

Our GOautodial APIs are now publicly available: https://github.com/goautodial/goAPIv2. Documentation is still incomplete and we're working on getting it up to speed.

Next on the queue is to release the GOautodial web application. Then documentation on how to install it manually on your preferred Linux distribution.

Last is to release the GOautodial ISO based on CentOS 7.X (and hopefully Ubuntu LTS 18.04).

There's still a lot of work to be done. Particularly porting the whole GOautodial app to use the new goAPIv2. We're around 50% to 60% complete more or less.

We should be able to release v4 (beta) somewhere around July or August 2018.
