nano new and uno seem to be identical, change compile script to compile a single nanoNew and uno version?

[x] test nanoNew code on uno
[x] change the script so that the board option selector can say "nanoNew and Uno" but the code gets compiled for the "nano" board by Arduino

"nano" works on arduino Uno

for now, I added a note hidden under the advanced settings saying that nano new runs on Unos.

it would still be better to have different user facing names than whatever arduino-web-uploader expects

done, it wasn't as difficult as I expected it to be
