How to generate JwtTwoFactorGuard QRcode?

@kumaramitbag When enabling 2fa first time an email with a QR code will be sent to your email which you can scan with apps like google authenticator to set up TOTP. You can view detail here: https://github.com/gobeam/truthy#two-factor-authentication-2fa
