for each activity type, also scrape notes, subClassOf, uri
Add fixtures to ./data for both the HTML of the canonical activitystreams-vocabulary document as well as example output from scrapeVocabulary
scrapeVocabulary() parses existing fixture if no url arg is passed to it
better README.md
