Support Linked Data Signatures #9

6 unblocked learning that Pleroma wants some Linked Data Signature stuff on requests to it.

I'm not intimately familiar with that part of ActivityPub, but I think this will consist of something like:

Support configuring a keypair with a distbin installation
Advertise the public key in the main profile document
Sign certain outgoing server-to-server requests with the private key so the receiving server can verify it really came from the distbin it claims to.
