Add database integration for persistent experiences

Many advanced bot features require some degree of data persistence.

Some common examples for the server:

• scoring (such as so-called "XP" systems which measure user interaction and award points)
• archival functions (the ability to instruct the bot to save a specific message to a list, and retrieve items from said list)
• games which require interaction over time
• (your ideas go here)

In order to enable these experiences I propose the addition of a service like Google's Cloud Firestore
