Beaconchain Max collateral bug #133

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. This happens automatically every 8 hours or so. Even though I'm only at 32% collateral, it gives me notifications and emails every 8 hours stating I've reached 150% collateral.
  2. Check validator #412295 and #287724 on beaconchain

Expected behavior Should not be receiving these notifications.

Please check your notification settings. You have set your max collateral alert to notify you if your collateral is smaller (<) a certain threshold. If you want to get notifications once you exceed a certain threshold make sure to set the slider to larger (>).
