removed the BuildInformation file
added a BuildDependencies file

Very nice! Compiles fine here.

Executing tmux works, but I'm getting 10;rgb:b000/c000/c000]11;rgba:0000/0000/0000/e5bb in the prompt. Probably a harmless configuration issue, due to the zsh prompt coloring or so... Tmux 3.1c doesn't work at all for me so I am merging this. Ty =)
