[UI] Adding css to center vertically SignIn and Register forms #7

Hi Mark, I've used buffalo-auth for a basic SignIn/SignUp flow on a project and I saw there is not css for the forms, I added some css here to center the content vertically, please take a look let me know if it looks good for you, thanks!
