[BUG]: Allow listening for users’ mandates and payments for partner integration #24

Describe the bug The gc listen doesn't work for partner integration, I am not sure if it is a bug, or the feature is not implemented in the first place.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run gc listen
  2. Create mandate/payment using the app's user account (under partners, you can create many apps and make sure to connect the user account).
  3. Nothing will be printed in the stdout.

Expected behavior See the mandate/payment details.
