No problem, I was just interested. But thanks for making it more conventional :)
I've been mostly a C/C++ programmer since the 90s, with a sideline in scripting-language stuff and DSLs. I've been hacking in go for about a year, but only using it in anger for a few months. If it seems like I'm surprising you with something novel about go, it's probably the result of my own ignorance :)
