Go cookbook for agents and server #1

Installs Go server and agent
Uses search to find the server, or you can set an attribute if using chef-solo
Supports optionally restoring Go configuration from a backup in Subversion
Only tested on Ubuntu
Only tested manually :(

Thanks Tim! I didn't really review it at all though. Will play around with it once I have decent Internet.

You'll definitely want to review it. It's in use elsewhere but the cookbook was designed for a specific implementation.
