There are 2 changes here. One is to add the ability to define auto register resources as part of the provisioning. This helps so that we dont have to go in after an agent has been provisioned and add the resources as we already know what resources are going to apply.
There is also a minor fix for the restore from backup, there was a missing curly bracket from the resource black that creates the temporary restore directory. It was causing restore from local to fail.
The version in the metadata file has been bumped to 0.2.0
