windows agent cookbook - 403 on executable download. #77

I am receiving a 403 error when the agent is attempting to download.

What URL is it downloading? What version of the cookbook are you on? What OS?

Ran in to the same issue of receiving a 403 running on windows and find out that it's caused by the URL had no version.

Been fixed by providing latest if no version is specified. Please re-open this if you have any issues with the latest version of the cookbook
