ECS agents fail to launch due to "role is not valid" errors since Aug 2024 #351

Something seems to have changed on AWS side, causing RegisterTaskDefinition to fail whenever TaskRoleArn is unset for an elastic profile. This needs to ClientExceptions mentioning Role is not valid for no apparent reason where they were working fine before.
