We need some API docs for adding and pinning files via the API.

Adding to upload a single file and have it pinned
Pinning to pass in a hash and have it pinned
How to pay/extend expiry for both of the above

The second and third are the same. There is only: 'add file' (gofs.io web/api), and 'pin cid' (smart contract). I can add a clearer 'How to Use' section preceding the full docs in the readme.
