made the mistake of sending GO tokens to ledger wallet. i have found the transaction on the GOchain network and on Mnemonic Code Converter BIP39 but i don't know what to do with the info. can someone give me detailed steps?

Does that have anything to do with this software package?

Try to use https://v5.myetherwallet.com/ or something.
