Replaced call to deprecated LLMS_Section::get_parent_course() with LLMS_Section::get( 'parent_course' ) via #258
Replaced deprecated llms_user_removed_from_membership_level action hook with llms_user_removed_from_membership via #257
Replaced call to deprecated LLMS_Lesson::get_parent_course() with LLMS_Lesson::get( 'parent_course' ) via #260

In the this LifterLMS commit of LLMS_Student::unenroll(), the call to LLMS_Student::remove_membership_level(), which unenrolls the user from courses in the membership, was moved to be before do_action( "llms_user_removed_from_member" ) is triggered.

I'd like this built and released for inclusion in 6.0.0-rc.1 (targeted for release by on Feb 25)

Will release it tomorrow and open a pr against dev-600 in core to require this dep update.
