Theme Development & Testing Guide / Docs

Let's develop a theme testing and development guide & docs, inspired by WP's theme dev guide

We can cover:

• LifterLMS-specific post types / templates (courses, lessons, quizzes, etc...)
• Archive page wrappers / considerations
• student dashboard considerations
• theme support declarations
• sidebars
• widgets
• blocks & block templates
• CSS override suggestions (see stuff from WP core themes in the core plugin theme support)
• core features that themes should be aware of that themes may wish to style (reviews, notices & notifications, etc...)
• testing process that we run internally for theme review
• add-on considerations (assignment, group, etc custom post types, social learning, etc...)
• e2e & automated tests that can be leveraged
• Notes on when to override LifterLMS templates (themes should only include templates that are actually modified)

I think that this is developer documentation (which some users may wish to review as well) and, as such, should find its home at developer.lifterlms.com. Additionally having it housed as a MD file there will subject it to automatic version control with a built-in changelog. When new things are introduced it'll be tracked there automatically.

For now we can start by publishing the docs in the docs directory of this repo.
