Kadence Blocks + LifterLMS causes the Launch Course Builder and their "Design" button to jump #2775

Reproduction Steps

Install "Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks for Page Builder Features" plugin and activate
install and activate Kadence theme
Edit a Course

Expected Behavior

"Launch Course Builder" button appears as expected

Actual Behavior

Button does not appear but "flashes" or "flickers" when you hover over some parts of the WP editor content

This issue has be recreated:

[ ] Locally
[ ] On a staging site
[ ] On a production website
[ ] With only LifterLMS and a default theme

Issue has been confirmed with the Kadence Blocks support and they are working on a fix: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflict-with-lifterlms-on-the-course-page/#post-18023623

It seems their JavaScript is reloading that part of the editor which is causing the problem. I'm not seeing a way to stop that from happening on our end.
