Crane 和 Caelus 的关系 #861

注意到腾讯有一个项目：https://github.com/Tencent/caelus 定位是在离线混部解决方案。

Crane 中 Colocation、Qos 相关的功能与 caelus 应该是有比较多重合的部分，caelus 项目基本没更新了，所以 Crane 是 caelus 的下一代或升级版吗？
