Resource recommendation support based on deep learning #895

Describe the feature

I mainly do some workload resource prediction methods, mainly using the currently popular deep learning technology. I would like to ask the community if there are any similar plans as a replacement for dsp timing prediction.

@niconical we are doing deep learning prediction internally, and hope we can open source it later sometime. Can you describe more about your request or your learning here so we can have deeper discussion.
