Sometimes clicking a link (I think a link designed to open in a new tab or window) opens in my default browser #33

When I click links on Google News, it doesn't open in this Metro Browser or in a new tab, but in my default browser on my phone (in this case Chrome). This may be because there's currently no way to set the browser as the default browser on the device.

duplicate of #29 . This along with a couple of others including making the browser a default, is something ill work on!
