Can we have a dev update as for when is the survival reset #67

I feel like the economy and the number of humans have far exceeded the server limit due to duping, and we should consider a server reset.

I believe splitting the server into multiple regional servers is an alternative we should look into. Furthermore, research shows that the server resources are sufficient for the population limit, so a simple division should be sufficient.

The problem with this is that some servers may be able to overwhelm other servers by sending duped humans into the global market.
