While I think this is a bug as it is, there are no reasonable use-cases that I can think of. Maybe mark this as won't-fix but leave open in case there are any takers in the future? Would this break any sort of compatibility between systems that can and can't lick their elbows?

Voting to implement lick-elbow feature as a plugin, doesn't belong in core.

If I remember correctly, builds with the "contortionist" feature enabled are able to do this, but correct me if I'm wrong.
