As a user, ISBAT easily add existing images from the Media Library to any Block Gallery block.
Core recently tweaked the default Gallery block UI. In the spirit of familiarity, we should follow suite to allow the same. We need to also tweak the UI within our blocks' inserter to resemble the design pattern utilized in the core Gallery block (pictured below).
