There may be a conflict with the Lightbox functionality from CoBlocks for the Core image and gallery blocks. Based on a support request and possibly related issue reports on Jetpack. Recently Core has introduced a Lightbox in core as well which may be conflicting. This will require a further dive to see what may be going wrong here.

This may be the related 'known issue' on the WordPress Jetpack side that they are referencing but I am not positive. https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/19496
