Post thumbnails are huge #106

In spite of the fact that I set thumbnails to no more than about 350x200, the posts page blows them up to nearly five times the size. How can I reduce this? I also can't get rid of the 'continue reading' box. Here's the page concerned. https://compufixshop.com/blog/
