can't get escapade to be mobile friendly #97

I have managed to increase the height of the hero image area with the help of Doncullen's code further down the requests, thanks Don, but I don't seem to be tablet or mobile friendly even though there is css code ranging from xxlarge to small. The hero image just dosn't seem to want to either reduce respectively or if I could find the relevant code, change the image to load to their respective device size. I really would appreciate some help here. Thank you

re-wrote site in OceanWP though not my preferable option it was my only option.
