Use theme setting along with WooCommerce product-ness to set header (fixes 298) #299

@cgrayson I couldn't get this working. I think the way this functioned changed in a recent WooCommerce update. I think this was because the shop page now uses the archive template and the queried object is not set correctly, so the header image wasn't pulled in.

I've created a pull request which updates some things to ensure that the shop page header image works correctly. https://github.com/godaddy/wp-primer-theme/pull/304 All of the other header images should work properly.
