Maybe disable physic for crafts in 1km radius? #427

Environment

OS: Linux Debian 9.0

Description

In DMP we have very, and very big amount of bugs with space crafts physic(Explosions, flipping, etc ), and we can't make interpolation because parts can enter inside terrain and explode, but, what if we just disable physic?
