Feature Request: ability to launch from inland KSC
We've been having a bit of trouble with too many people launching at once.
Especially with me playing the Russians, it would make sense if we could launch from the inland KSC launchpad.
Teleporting ships there with hyperedit wouldn't work by itself. It needs another safety bubble or KSP will report the pad is blocked while a rocket is on the pad at old KSC.
