New Phone #10

We have two possible phones we can use. Both are my personal devices. That means, of course, I would rather like to give away the older phone for two months. The question is if the old one suffices?

The new one is a OnePlus 7T. Super fast and running the newest Android. So, beside the screen size (which will probably not fit with your Chinese model) it should have all what we need. The second one is a Moto G3 (2015). It runs Android 9 (no more updates). It is definitely slower than the other one, but still sufficiently fast.

In contrast to the Nexus 5 we had earlier, it is still better better supported:

Cool. I will do last test on my machine here, to check whether it runs all apps we are currently using. Next update on this comes on Tuesday.

What is your purpose of adding a new device? Allowing more comparisons to be processed in less time?

Having the same comparison over multiple devices. I spoke with Hugo and Marko about the study design and we need account for several possible biases. That's why we opt for more redundancy.

Tested with three outlets (desktop browser, phone browser and phone app), it seems to work
