@leonardcj, any chance of adding to translate.sugarlabs.org? Music Keyboard doesn't seem to be present yet.

I've done some manual transfers from TamTam, but I probably should try some automated merges instead.

Also on my list to be done is backporting the translations from the master branch to the v8 Fedora 18 branch. Have you any process suggestions for that? If the POT files are identical, it's easy, of course. Also affects Browse which has a branch for Fedora 18 support.

http://docs.translatehouse.org/projects/translate-toolkit/en/latest/commands/pomerge.html is probably the best approach.
