Feature blist should be deleted #2

massblist currently doesn't allow same start and end even though it is inclusive. Thus the blist feature should be deleted and user can use this massblist instead

Comparing massblist 5-5 b/blacklist and blist 5, it is clear that the blacklist feature allows for much faster and convenient single-target blacklisting.

Reason for disagreement: Then the better way to do this is to make feature blist and unblist and allow it to accept either 1 input INDEX such as blist 5 and 2 input INDEX such as blist 5-6 or even blist 5-5
