Here, the benefit for adding a new contact is already very clear.

Reason for disagreement: It is good to write down the benefit of this feature as it is not completely obvious what all the benefits are.

Furthermore, it is inconsistent with some of the other features on the more obvious side such as delete, list, and edit which all together with add should be part of CRUD and the benefits should all be listed or omitted together.
