Syntax highlighting issue due to the "CSAHi NONE ..." line #11

Hi,

When using CSApproxSnapshot, the generated colorscheme causes an unwanted loss of syntax highlighting in some cases. Please refer to https://github.com/mhinz/vim-signify/issues/31 for more details.
