Remplace @custom.disable_member to @labs.members #115

Hello !

I propose you to use labs.members instead of custom.disable_member to check if membership is enabled. It's easier to manage with ghost settings than a custom settings.

( Kudos for your work, i really love this theme ! Congratulations ! )

Thank you for everything!

{@labs.members}} is only supported up to version 3 of ghost, version 4 is also supported, but has a Ghost Scan warning notification. To avoid warning notifications I have not used it.
