Auto-generate "mixin GodotNativeLibrary!" #14

Original godot-d seemed to do it automatically, maybe do same?

Also why it's a template

It isn't, there is a tool for generating that mixin by invoking dub run :pregenerate.

I haven't updated it for godot4 though.
