This PR does a bunch of things related to formatting and the repo metadata.

Update .gitignore, including with future-proofing.
Update the license and copy it into the addon folder.
Delete default_env.tres as it's not needed in this addon.
Add .gitattributes, which contains EOL normalization, and export-ignore (so the files won't appear when downloading from the Godot Asset Library).
Add file formatting script and CI checks.
