Update heck requirement from 0.4 to 0.5 #1070

The clippy failure seems to be an ICE. A quick search didn't return any related reports. The error message seemed to indicate that the problem is related to by_class_name in gdnative_core::object. I'll try and see if I can create a reproduction example, or otherwise report it directly to upstream if I can't.
