When players click outside the window, they lose focus #43

Find a way to lock the mouse to the window, or autopause the game if someone clicks outside the window.

Added mouse-capture option in cheat menu. Commit 3a170d5713b20604b627fc56938b6100290051d9 But it introduces a new bug when you go fullscreen.
