Make some kind of smoke trail #23

TheBatMan requested a smoke trail for detecting when someone is committing identity fraud.

I was just working on an idea where the enemies, the 'ghosts' had like vapor trials. So, if you spotted a wisp of colour as you went along your way. caevv made the ghosts have a trail (It's not a telltale to give away their presence, it's just an effect once you've already scanned them.)
