alternating text should pop in instead of type in #69

With the conflicting audio, maybe AlternatingText.tscn text blocks should pop-in in their entirety, like an IM, rather than being revealed letter by letter like typed text.

I actually don't mind the typing audio, it was the old "undertale" one that bothered me more. But open to ideas either way. Could also maybe lower the volume of typing sound

chasing a minor bug: when text wraps lines, the total number of characters is about 20 longer than the actual length of the string. This make the typing audio play a little longer than it should for long passages.
