Create rounded theme #1

This has a few subtle adjustments to make the discourse theme a bit less blocky and a bit more rounded. It also improves the landing page with a smooth gradient over the banner image to fade out to the bottom.

Detailed list of changes:

Homepage: Banner with search bar & rounded category boxes

Rounded topic map (the section below the first post)

Code blocks are rounded and have no `max-height`

Quotes are rounded too

Categories use circles instead of squares

Just noticed discourse uses a slightly different layout on mobile (so some stuff still has the old style there). I can adjust this theme to work with mobile too, but before I do so some feedback would be nice so that I don't do the work twice

I really like the changes here, I think we can use it as a base and continue building on top of it. BTW I don't have permissions to merge, not sure if you are the one that has to give them to me 😅
