Make navbar less obstructive #6

Basically make the navbar smaller and with less contrast since it's always visible and takes away screen space.

How much of the UX is the nav bar? Because maybe it is better to just leave it at the top of the screen and not make it follow the view.

The navbar displays the topic title when scrolled. This is especially important when you follow a notification. So let's say you get a like and click on it. This jumps directly to the liked reply. The navbar shows the topic title so that you have context. I think this is a neat feature
