Link in header to a webpage with 3rd party stores for paid assets #166

Next to "Assets" there can be a webpage titled "3rd-Party Stores" or something similar. On it can be a links of 3rd party stores for paid assets like https://godotstore.com.

As a beginner game developer I enjoy the amount of useful software that the Unity Asset Store has, and for Godot to become more popular with devs it needs to help promote these useful tools for beginners like myself to use and advanced devs to sell. Meanwhile the Godot Asset Library can remain the main official place for free assets.

Also I'm not sure why there is a "Cost" filter in the Asset Library when the documentation specifically states that paid assets are not allowed on it.

I don't think the asset library should be a platform to advertise third-party stores, so I'd leave it as it currently is.

Closing, as linking to third-party stores (which we don't control) won't be done on the official asset library.
